Even I was carrying two big suitcases and taking my child with me, there were no problems. The hotel is very close to the train station. Also they providesus a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport (10 minutes to the international terminal). The room has an air-conditioner, kettle, empty minibar etc,. and enough space for opening two big suitcases and carry-on baggage. There is a convenience shop (and a drug store) just across the road. It is in a very good location though the room was very calm. The hotel included the breakfast, it was a real bargain. My child enjoyed the view (Airport, Tokyo tower and Tokyo Skytree). The receptionists were polite and kind. I got satisfied with this hotel as it was "Clean, convenient and comfortable (specially for that price !)."

I only stayed briefly because I had an early flight but the staff are there 24 hours so it was fine. Its very close to ootori station so you can walk with a suitcase. Check in was really quick and they called a taxi for me for the airport. The room was very quiet and clean. I liked that I could control the aircon myself. Sometimes other hotels don't allow it. There's a convenience store across the road and a fridge and kettle in the room. They told me about bus and train routes too in case I wanted those. They offered me some toiletries which are downstairs and you take up to your room. There was a free breakfast option but I had to leave before 6am so I couldn't try it. But overall really convenient for the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions for them. Price was good and there was also breakfast included. All in all, I’d say great value for your money and an easy recommendation. I only stayed one night but it’s an excellent choice if you arrive late and just want somewhere close to the airport to crash for one night like I did.

This hotel is excellent for a one-might stay. It is very close to the train station, very close to Haneda Airport, and it runs a free shuttle to the airport. Room is small and basic, a bit outdated, but clean, and it has all one needs for a one-night stay. Excellent value for money. Staff is extremely professional and helpful. I asked for a quiet room so I could sleep, and I was given one. This is something I appreciated very much.
